ICMR-RMRC, Dibrugarh Recruitment 2020 (Sept) –

1/Name of The post – Research Scientist II (Non-Medical)
No of posts – 1

Pay Details – Rs. 70,000/- per month (consolidated)
Age Limit –Below 40 years

Educational Qualification – First class master’s degree in Microbiology/ Zoology/ Biotechnology/ Life Sciences from are recognized university with 4 years R&D / teaching experience in the relevant subject after 1st class masters degree. OR

Second class M. Sc. + Ph. D degree in Microbiology/ Zoology/ Biotechnology/ Life Sciences from a recognized University with 4 years R&D / teaching experience in the relevant subject after M. Sc. + Ph. D

Desirable Qualification –

i. Doctorate degree in relevant subject from a recognized university for candidates with first class relevant degree. ii. Additional Post doctoral research training experience in relevant subjects in recognized institute.
ii. Knowledge of Computer Applications or Business Intelligence tools Data Management.

2/Name of The post – Research Scientist I (Medical)
No of posts – 1

Pay details – Rs. 43,489/- per month (consolidated)
Age Limit – Below 35 years

Educational Qualification – MBBS Degree recognized by MCI/VCI

Desirable Qualification –

i. MD in Microbiology/Epidemiology from a recognized university for candidates with first class relevant degree.
ii. Additional Post doctoral research/ training experience in Microbiology/ Virology in recognized institute(s).
iii. Knowledge of Computer Applications or Business Intelligence tools Data Management
iv. Two years R&D / Teaching experience in Microbiology/ Virology after obtaining essential qualification.

3/Name of The post – Research Assistant
No of posts – 1

Pay Details – Rs. 30,000/- per month (consolidated)
Age: Limit – Below 30 years

Educational Qualification- Post graduate degree in Microbiology/ Zoology Biotechnology/ Bioinformatics/ Life Sciences.

Desirable Qualification –

i) Research Experience in the field of Microbiology/ Zoology/ Biotechnology/ Bioinformatics
ii) Knowledge of Computer Applications

4/Name of The post – Laboratory Technician
No of posts –1

Pay Details – Rs. 25,000/- per month (consolidated)
Age Limit – Below 30 years

Educational Qualification – B. Sc. / 12″ pass with diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology. OR

High School with 5 years laboratory experience in a Govt. recognized laboratory.

Desirable Qualification –

i. B. Sc in Medical Laboratory Technology
ii. Knowledge of Computer Applications/ Data Management

COVID-19 Preventive Measure – Candidates will be allowed to attend the interview and entry will be permissible inside the ICMR-RMRC, N.E Region Campus only after preliminary temperature screening at the entrance gate in staggered manner. Wearing of mask is mandatory and candidates should maintain social distancing norms.
