Selected candidates will be required to work at the Centre of Plasma Physics-institute for Plasma Research, Sonapur, Guwahati, Assam. Institute for Plasma Research Recruitment 2020 (Feb) Post Details-

1/Name of the post –  Scientific Officer– E

No of posts – 1 (One)

Age limit – 45 years.

Pay Details –   – Level 12 of Pay Matrix (7th CPC) at starting Pay Rs. 78800/-

Educational Qualification – 
a) Ph.D. related to Plasma Science & Technology with M.Sc. in Physics (First Class).
b) Publications in the reputed international refereed journal during Ph.D.
c) Minimum four-year post Ph.D. research experience in the field of Plasma Science & Technology.

2/Name of the post –  Post Name:- Scientific Officer – D

No of posts – 1 (One)

Age limit –  40 years.

Pay Details –    Level 11 of Pay Matrix (7th CPC) at starting Pay Rs. 67700/-

Educational Qualification –
a) Ph.D. related to Plasma Science & Technology with M.Sc. in Physics (First Class)
b) Publications in the reputed international refereed journal during Ph.D.

3/Name of the post –  Post Name:- Scientific Assistant-B

No of posts – 1 (One)

Age limit – 30 years.

Pay Details –   Level 6 of Pay Matrix (7th CPC) at starting Pay of Rs. 35400/-

Educational Qualification – Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% marks.

4/Name of the post –  Post Name:- Administrative Officer-I

No of posts – 1 (One)

Age limit – 45 years.

Pay Details –   Level 10 of Pay Matrix (7th CPC) at starting Pay of Rs. 56100/-

Educational Qualification – Graduation from a recognized university with a minimum of 55% marks or Post Graduate in any discipline or Post Graduate in Management (Two years) from a recognized university/ Institute.

Applicants are required to send the following:

1/The signed hard copy of the duly filled submitted online application form with a recent passport size color photograph duly affixed on it.

2/Self-attested copies of supporting documents:

i) Proof of age
ii) Educational mark sheets, degrees
iii) Experience Certificate
iv) Certificate of caste/community/class in the prescribed format
v) Copy of payment receipt (if applicable)
vi) Any other relevant testimonials etc.
