1 . Applicant should be in possession of original matriculation marksheet, pass certificate. One Passport size photograph to be pasted on application and additional 02 photographs are to be attached with the application in a separate envelope (Self attested on reverse).
2. Name of applicant in all documents to be written as per matriculation pass certificate.
3. If married, marriage certificate with two joint photographs (Post Card Size) are to be attached with the application.
4. Medical examination will be conducted after Screening Test.
