(i) Passed 10+2 in Science stream from Government Recognised Board/Institution/University.
(ii) Passed 02 (Two) years full time Diploma course in Pharmacy from an institution recognised by Government of India and the Pharmacy Council of India.
(iii) Must be registered with Assam Pharmacy Council and should possess valid professional Pharmacist License.

(iv) Must have minimum 02 (Two) years post qualification relevant work experience as a Pharmacist
Pay Details – (i) Fixed emolument: 14,800.00 (Rupees Fourteen Thousand Eight Hundred) only per month based on actual attendance including leave, if any.
(ii) Variable emolument 500.00 (Rupees Five Hundred) only per day for each working day
2/Name Of The post – Contractual Nursing Tutor
No Of posts – 02 (UR)
Eligibility –
(i) Passed B.Sc. (Nursing) from a Government Recognised Institute/University.
(ii) Must have minimum 02 (Two) years post qualification professional experience preferably in teaching.
Pay Details –i) Fixed emolument: 17,320.00 (Rupees Seventeen Thousand Three Hundred and Twenty) only per month based on actual attendance including leave, if any.
(ii) Variable emolument: 700.00 (Rupees Seven Hundred) only per day for each working day.
Period of Contractual Engagement – The engagement will be purely on a contractual basis only. The initial period of the above contractual engagement will be for 06 (Six) months. Further, the period of above contractual engagement may be extendable after requisite interval for subsequent period(s) of 06 (Six) month(s) only depending on the departmental requirement, job performance, conduct etc. The total period of contractual engagement will be as under:
(a) For Contractual Pharmacist Maximum 01 (One) year only.
(b) For Contractual Nursing Tutors : Maximum 02 (Two) years only.
Please note that the total period of contractual engagement will not exceed under any circumstance.
Selection Procedure – A Walk-in-Interview(s) has been scheduled as under:
Contractual Pharmacist – 13-02-2020 (07:00 A.M.) onwards OIL Hospital, Duliajan
contractual Nursing Tutor – 19-02-2020 (07:00 A.M.) onwards ,OIL Hospital, Duliajan
Interested candidate(s) should bring the following documents on the above scheduled date for the Walk-in-Interview:
(i) Original and self attested photocopy of documents/certificates/testimonials as under: Mark-sheets; pass certificates; license (valid professional pharmacist license), experience certificate; caste certificate (SC/ST/OBC), if applicable; non-creamy layer certificate, if applicable and other documents/certificates/testimonials, if any.
(ii) 01 (one) recent 3 cm x 3 cm coloured photograph.
(iii) Original and self attested photocopy of Identity Proof issued by a Government Authority.
(iv) No-Objection Certificate from concerned employer in case the applicant is working in any Government Department/Organisation/PSU.
