Educational Qualification:  B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

i) 3-5 Years for B.Tech
ii) 7-10 Years for diploma in Civil Engineering

Job Role:
i) Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
ii) Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
iii) Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications
iv) Assess potential risks, materials and costs
v) Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
vi) Handle over the resulting structures and services for use
vii) Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
viii) Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials
ix) Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc. and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required
