However, candidates, who had applied earlier against advertisement (No.  Janasanyog/3333/15) and had submitted the application fees already, need not  pay the application fee again along with their online application in response to

Scale of pay: Rs.14000-49000 + GP-8700

Educational Qualification: Candidates must be Graduate in Arts/Science/Commerce from a recognized Board or University with Medical Record Officer training from recognized institute.

 

2. Name of the Post  : Library Assistant

No. of post: 04 (UR-3, OBC/MOC-1)

Scale of pay: Rs.14000-49000 + GP-5600

Educational Qualification: Candidates must be HSSLC passed or equivalent with 1 year diploma/ certificate in Computer Application.

7. Name of the Post  : LDA/Computer Operator cum Clerk/ DTP Operator

No. of post: 03 (UR2, OBC/MOBC-1)

Scale of pay: Rs. 14000-49000 + GP-5600

Educational Qualification: Candidates must be HSSLC passed or equivalent with 1 year diploma/ certificate in Computer Application.

Age Limit: Candidate should not be less than 18 years and not above 43 years as on 01.01.2017. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC, STP, STH Candidates only.

Application Fees for Tezpur Medical College & Hospital Recruitment 2017: 

The application fee of Rs. 250/- (Rupees Two Hundred Fifty) only for General Category Candidates and Rs. 150/- (Rupees One Hundred Fifty) only for OBC/MOBC, SC, ST (P) & ST (H) category candidates will have to be paid through Treasury Challan to the Head of Account “0210- M&PH-03-MET&R-105-Allopathy” and the scanned copy of the challan to be uploaded while submitting the online application form. No fee is required for BPL candidate and they are required to upload their BPL certificate from the competent authority for such exemption of fee along with the application. Candidates who had already applied to the post mentioned at SI. Nos. 1, 2 and 3 of this advertisement against advertisement No. Janasanyog/3333/15 should upload the admit card/call letter issued earlier in respect of the post applied for towards fee exemption.
