1/ Community and Communication Development Specialist

Total no of Posts/Vacancy : 01

Place of posting : DPMU-Hailakandi

Required Qualification :

Candidates must have Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in Social Science/Social Welfare/Rural Development

Experience: 

• Candidates must have  3 years of relevant experience with multi  sectoral development agencies/ NGOs / Consultants /Government Organizations in participatory development approaches.
• Prior exposure to development communications essential.
• Understanding of decentralization principles and community engagement process.  
• Understanding of sector institutions at district, block and village levels.
• Exceptional degree of integrity, judgment and tact in handling the most sensitive, diverse and confidential material.
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and Local Language.

Pay band : Rs. 5.04 lakh/- per annum 

Age limit : 40 years

 

2/ Sanitation Specialist

Place of posting : DPMU-Hailakandi

Required Qualification :

Candidates must have Master degree in engineering, social science, environmental science, water and sanitation, or a related field.

Experience: 

• Candidates must have 3 years of professional development experience in the WASH sector, and significant project management experience. 
• Experience in implementing, designing, or coordinating WASH in rural community
• Familiarity with community-based sanitation programs, and with a diversity of latrine designs for rural communities.
• Knowledge of SLWM technology options and experience in implementing SLWM activities in rural areas.
• Exceptional degree of integrity, judgment and tact in  handling the most sensitive, diverse and confidential material.
• Fluency in English, Hindi and local language is necessary and desirable
• Willing to travel extensively in rural areas.

Pay band : Rs. 5.04 lakh/- per annum 

Age limit : 40 years

 

3/ Project Engineer 

Total no of Posts/Vacancy : 06

Place of posting : 2 each in DPMU-Hailakandi Jorhat and Kamrup (M)

Required Qualification :

Candidates must have  Graduate degree in Civil engineering from any recognized institute.

Experience: 

• Candidates must have Minimum 1 years of relevant post qualification experience preferably in design, supervision, project  management in any infrastructure sector.
• Experience of working in water supply sector will be an additional qualification.
• Experience in project management software packages like primavera, MS-project will be added advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and Local language.

Pay band : Rs. 25,000 /- per month

Age limit :  40 years

 

4/ HR Executive

Place of posting :  SPMU-Guwahati

Required Qualification :

Candidates must have MBA(HR) degree  from a recognized institute/University.

Experience: 

• Candidates must have Minimum 1 year experience in staffing, recruiting, conducting interviews, FIRM etc.
• The applicant must be well conversed with MS-office packages preferably in MS-Word, MS-excel and MS- access, MS-power point etc. Diploma in Computer application and diploma in computer typing is desirable.
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and Local language.

5/ MIS Executive

Required Qualification :

Candidates must have BE(Computer Science) or MCA  degree from recognized institute/university .

Experience: 

• Candidates must have Minimum 1 year experience in IT, hardware, MIS, maintaining IT infrastructure in the office .
• Experience in designing and maintaining MIS is desirable.
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and Local language.

Pay band : Rs. 25,000 /- per month

6/ Office Assistant

Place of posting :  DPMU-Morigaon, Sivasagar and Bongaigaon

Required Qualification : 

Candidates must have Graduate degree in any stream from recognized institute .

Experience: 

• Candidates must have Minimum 1 year of relevant post qualification experience in office administration/file management/office correspondence etc .
• Must be computer literate and should have diploma in computer application and type writing.
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and Local language.

Pay band : Rs. 25,000 /- per month

Age limit : 40 years

*For Project Engineer position, the place of posting may be anywhere within the project districts of Jorhat, Morigaon, Sivsagar, Hailakandi, Kamrup (M) and Bongaigaon. The positions are also transferable within the project districts.

* For all positions remuneration structures are likely to be revised recently.
