Recently Dibrugarh University has issued a recruitment notification in the month of November 2017 for filling up various posts. According to the Dibrugarh University Recruitment 2017 notification , A Walk-in-interview has been scheduled to be held on 04th December, 2017 at 11.00 A.M at the Office of the Registrar, Dibrugarh University for the  posts of Project Officer and Project Assistant on Contract basis under MHRD Funded TEQIP-III (Project).

Following are the details of the posts under Dibrugarh University Recruitment 2017  with post details, number of vacancies, age limit, salary, required qualification with application  details.

1/ Name of the Post :  Project Officer
No of vacancy : 01 
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have Post Graduate Degree in Science or Management or B.E/ B. Tech from a recognized University with 02 years of experience in Project Management/ Accounts/ Management/ Event Management etc. Documentary evidence of experience is required. Computer skill and proficiency in MS-Office/PFMS/PMSS/MIS are mandatory.
Engagement Condition : Initially for a period of 1 (one) year. Engagement may be renewed for a further period till completion of the project, subject to the assessment of performance by the authority.
Salary : Rs. 30,000/- per month. (Consolidated )
Age Limit : 45 years as on the date of Interview.
For Post No (i):Educational Qualification: Graduate in Science, Engineering or Technology. Candidates whose final result is awaited must not apply. Candidates must have Computer skill and proficiency in MS-Office.

2/ Name of the Post : Project Assistant
No of vacancy : 02 
Educational Qualification : Candidates must be Graduate in Commerce with specialization in Finance and Accounting. Computer skill and proficiency in MS-Office and Accounting package is mandatory.
Candidates whose final result is awaited must not apply. 
Engagement Condition : Initially for a period of 1 (one) year. Engagement may be renewed for a further period till completion of the project, subject to the assessment of performance by the authority.
Salary : Rs.20,000/- per month. (Consolidated)
Age Limit: 35 years as on the date of Interview.

Important Instructions for Candidates appearing in the Walk in Interview of Dibrugarh University  Recruitment 2017

1/ The appointment shall be on contractual basis and purely temporary. The selected candidate shall have no claim for regular appointment in the University against any permanent post by virtue of this appointment. The service to the post is terminable with a short notice of 7 (seven) days.
2/ Candidates must bring all the original and self-attested copies of certificates and mark-sheets from
matriculation (10th standard) onwards in support of their qualifications and experiences, with the
application.
3/ The candidates shall have to register their names by depositing Rs. 100/- (Rupees One Hundred only)
